Haven't eaten yet

Looking forward to being a skinny minny I want to fast forward to weigh in day to see the results :) bring on day 3!!

Total - 671
Minus 303 (walking)
Means today 368 cals have been consumed!! I'm under!!

Skinny girl diet :)

Starting at midnight I'm doing the skinny girl diet.




I'm doing this diet with Elly and Dainty. Feeling really positive about this diet.

Height 5ft 7
Weight 145.6

I'm hoping for quite a lot of weight loss from this!!

Yey :)

Today was a good day. I had a bowl of cornflakes and semi skimmed milk - 150 cals
A cup of tea - 50 (realised I majorly overestimated yesterday oops)
500mls of diluting orange - 0 cals
Shape zero - no idea 150?
Mini mars bar - 79 cals

Dinner is pasta and should be no more than 250

Total for today so far
429
And with dinner
679
I walked to and from work so that burned 69.16 each way - 138.32

-540.68 not bad probs a little more cause of what I burned at work too

Lunch

Lunch today was homemade soup and a drink of diluting orange.

The soup is roughly about 130 cals but I'll say 150 to be on the safe side

So far today-

Okay its official I am overweight!!
My bmi is 24.12 and the tip of the 'normal' category sits at 24.9 FML!!

Stats....

When I first started my weight loss seriously back in October I was slowly creeping back up the scales, not in the direction I wanted to go

My stats were-
-waist 34"
-calves 13.5"
-chest 35" (bit where the bra sits)
-hips 35"
-neck 14"
-thigh 22"
-upper arm 12"

My body fat percentage was 27.27% disgusting!

Not too sure of my weight though

I'll post later on with my weight and stats and maybe a picture. Hopefully this will give me the kick up the backside I need!!

Nooooo

Okay so I get up and go to make myself a nice cup of green tea.......
I get there and I had forgot that I had to buy some yesterday. Ooops!

1 sugar and a little semi-skimmed milk think that it's about 90 cals. I know I'm over estimating but it means I'll eat less today.

Today....

Today I'm planning on eating under 1000 cals. I know that many of them will be liquid cals as the bf is playing at a pub tonight with his band and I won't be able to say no. You can't go to a pub and not drink :P I'll just be sticking to the low cal options I guess

I do have the excuse that I'm up early to go to work :) can play on that.

Gonna make myself a green tea and lemon. I've heard that they help, not so sure though, I've not really seen any results.

Just wondering do any of you girls know how I'd go about starting a fast??

Tomorrow

Tomorrow I'm going to aim for under 1000 cals. I'm setting the bar high as a starter then I can slowly decrease it.

If anybody has any tips on exercises I can do I'm all ears. :)

Here's what I want-
-flat tummy
-gap between thighs
-no double chin
-thin arms
-would love to see my hip bones again
-people to say wow you're skinny
-people to say you should eat more

First post

So this is my first post. I wanna start by talking a little about me.
My name is Jennifer but I get called Jen and sometimes Jenny.
I am 19 years old.
I wanna loose weight so any hints and tips are appreciated :)
I wanna be a UK size 8 that's my goal and where I wanna get to, at the moment I'm a UK size 10 so I'm getting there :)
I've started this blog as a way to keep track of my weight loss, that will hopefully go well
